1、 Operation method

1. Pre use inspection: after the machine is installed, turn on the power supply, test run the three-phase motor, ensure the correct direction of operation, ensure the pressure and flow of compressed air, check whether each motor and bearing need to be lubricated, it is strictly prohibited to operate without oil, and start the machine only after it is normal, and observe whether the fasteners at each part are loose. It can be used normally only after the operation of each part is stable.

2. Check whether the function of safety facilities is normal.

Before starting up, carefully check whether there are materials in all liquid storage tanks, whether the chain plate is stuck, whether there are sundries on the conveyor belt, whether there are bottle caps in the storage cover track, and whether the water source, power supply and air source are connected. 5. Wear work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc. during cleaning to prevent strong acid and alkali corrosion;

7. Personnel irrelevant to operation and maintenance are strictly prohibited from approaching the equipment to prevent industrial injury.

3、 Maintenance and service

1. Regular inspection and maintenance: motors, bearings, conveyor belts, chains, pneumatic components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed regulating valves and electrical parts should be inspected every month. The inspection method can be manually adjusted to check the quality and action reliability. The air cylinder and electromagnetic directional valve mainly check whether there is air leakage and stagnation. The solenoid valve can be manually forced to judge whether the solenoid coil is burned and the valve is blocked. The electrical part may be verified by comparing the input and output signal indicators, such as checking whether the switching elements are damaged, whether the circuit is broken, and whether each output element works normally.

4、 Precautions

1. The motor and casing must be grounded, and the zero line and ground line must be separated;

2. The power incoming line of this machine must be introduced through the leakage switch. It is strictly forbidden to change the line without permission and connect it without permission. It is strictly forbidden to place any sundries in the electric cabinet;

3. Pneumatic components are required to be filled with pneumatic special lubricating oil to prolong the service life of cylinder and electromagnetic directional valve;

4. The water pump is strictly prohibited from working without water, and the supply of cleaning water is guaranteed during operation so as to flush the overflow materials.

5、 Equipment cleaning requirements

1. Clean all valves, nozzles, pipelines, conveyor belts and liquid storage tanks of the equipment before and after work every day;
